Spherion is looking for a highly professional, detail-oriented Full Cycle Recruiter to join our client's team ASAP! 2 years of recruitment experience, including full cycle recruiting, required.

Responsibilities :
- Initiate communication with potentially suitable candidates for specific job openings
- Conducts comprehensive phone screens / video interviews with candidates to gather details to determine fit for the role and provide details about the organization / role
- Recommend candidates for further interviews with other team members within the organization
- Utilize online recruiting platforms and social media channels to identify and engage potential candidates
- Engage with passive candidates to cultivate interest in the company
- Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on candidates being pursued, their status in the process, and submissions made
- Build a candidate pipeline for challenging-to-fill positions by engaging with passive candidates, screening them, and arranging introductions with internal team members
- Establish and maintain a database of passive candidates of interest, facilitating faster job placements upon receiving new job requisitions
Qualifications :
- 2 years of recruitment experience (production / manufacturing)
- Applicant Tracking System experience
- Full cycle recruiting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Associate degree in HR, Business, or Communications preferred
