What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk position at Spherion?
Assist the IT and Clinical Software departments with day to day functions and problem solving in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
-Provide end user support and assistance to employees remotely via phone, messaging software, and remote assistance software.
-Document all requests for assistance from end users in the ticketing system.
-Assist IT and Clinical Software staff with documentation of on-going user requests, issues, and problems.
-Maintain ticket que; managing regular and on-going communication with IT and Clinical Software staff regarding current tickets and requests.
-Setup and configure clinical software user settings.
-Create, modify, and deactivate end users accounts for network and software applications.
-Assist with imaging and configuring end user computer systems for all locations.
-Assist in the maintenance of hardware and software inventories for all IT assets.
-Assist IT Director in determining routine maintenance needs and identifying necessary equipment.
-Other additional duties as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Customer Service experience preferred
-Associates degree in related technical field
-2 years of work experience in related field
-1 year experience in a technical assistance position in healthcare
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma
-Excellent customer service and written/ verbal communication skills
