Title : Temporary Part-time Receptionist
Hours : 7 : 30 am to 12 : 30 pm Monday through Thursday only- closed Fridays
Will handle reception duties from 8am-noon with 1 / 2hr open and close)
Pay : $20.00 an hour.
Assignment : Starting April 29th through July 1, 2024.
There is the potential for this to become a long-term permanent position with benefits for someone who has a financial accounting background.
Responsibilities :
- Answer phones on a basic not complicated phone system
- Transfer calls
- Use computer to schedule appointments
- Greet people
- Have all walk-ins sign in and state purpose of visit
- Make copies of documents for applicants.
- Not responsible for knowing the application process, only transferring calls and scheduling appointments
- Able to handle much incoming traffic

Qualifications :
Able to control walk-ins and callers in a professional friendly manner that are insistent in meeting / talking with someone immediately.
Must be able to get them scheduled for an appointment with the appropriate person
- Able to pass criminal background
- Computer skills
- MS Office experience required
- Previous reception experience
- Able to handle difficult people
- Dependable
- Able to start effective April 29, 2024 and work the entire assignment
