Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oil and Gas Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our client's warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, particularly within the oil and gas sector, and will possess excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• **Inventory Management:** Manage inventory levels of equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for ongoing operations. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and ensure accurate tracking of stock.
• **Warehouse Operations:** Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• **Safety Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• **Team Leadership:** Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and objectives. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
• **Vendor Management:** Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure timely receipt of materials and equipment. Negotiate pricing and terms to secure cost-effective procurement solutions.
• **Quality Assurance:** Implement quality control measures to ensure that all incoming and outgoing materials meet company standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues.
• **Budget Management:** Develop and manage departmental budgets to control costs and optimize resource allocation. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warehouse activities, including inventory levels, transactions, and equipment maintenance. Prepare regular reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
