Job Description: A motivated, experienced, articulate, and driven IT network incident manager with a keen interest and understanding of network engineering operations for a forward-looking cruise line in Florida. Strong IT networking background is required as well as a knowledge of Support Desk processes.
Position: Hybrid Model, some travel to MIA/FLL will be required.
Required Technical Skills:
- Cisco Networking Solutions
- Wireless Access Points, Firewalls, Routers, Switches.
- Technical Product Lifecyle Management
- IP Address Management
- NOC Management
- SolarWinds Monitoring and Alert Management
Required Functional Skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly, directly, and professional and drive performance from others
- Strong management skills of technical resources
- Be able to manage a team to meet specific service level agreements, apply measurement and performance management
- Excellent writing skills, client management, escalation path management
- Ability to manage a 24x7 operational network support team (Based in New Delhi, India)
