The E-commerce Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Spicewalla's Direct-to-Consumer website, Foodservice wholesale website, and Amazon storefront. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, consumer behavior, and digital marketing techniques. The E-commerce Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize online sales, optimize conversion rates, and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive online revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize PDPs, PLPs, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize conversion rates and profitability.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates, and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers, third-party vendors, and other partners to ensure smooth operation of online sales channels.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the online shopping experience, including website usability, navigation, and checkout processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
