Our Strategic Account Director will work with some of our biggest revenue accounts by leveraging the Spiceworks/Ziff Davis B2B product suite to take their marketing initiatives to the next level across brand awareness, demand generation, content creation and research objectives.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Hunt down and discover new business opportunities across an existing book of long term revenue
- Regular meetings with marketing decision makers at end client and Agency
- Expand relationships with current clients and grow new teams within existing customer base
- Partner with internal teams to develop and execute integrated digital campaigns
- Work with marketing on the best way to approach accounts
- Define and execute against short term and long term growth plans for your accounts
- Oversee client success and renewal revenue
What does it take to do the job?
- 7 years of experience in digital advertising sales (research and content) — specifically innovative ad-tech solutions
- Strategic seller who understands how to bring marketing campaigns to life
- Experience selling to Marketers and C-Level executives
- Experience successfully executing complex sales cycles
- Strategic, sophisticated deal planning and negotiation
- Track record of meeting and exceeding quota expectations
- Innate drive to be successful
- Strong analytical, organizational, and collaborative team player sensibilities
- Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
