What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Educator position at spilled milk social club?
Interested in working with school-aged kids and rad teammates in a creative and fun environment? Come join us! We are looking for some grown-ups to help us make this the best summer ever for a bunch of campers. Team members are responsible for working together to carry out a creative and engaging curriculum, facilitating group activities and games, and ensuring a safe and fun environment for all campers. Experience is preferred, but not required.
Job roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-working part-time or full-time at a fun summer camp for elementary-aged kids
-helping kids make awesome art and build cool structures
-helping kids learn how to play games fairly and lose games with grace
-leading fun and creative activities and games
-engaging in outdoor activities for several hours at a time on campus and on outdoor field trips (must be able to hang in the Texas sun for a substantial part of the day)
-problem-solving and conflict resolution that promotes agency, cooperation, mutual respect and understanding

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
