Objectives of this Role
- Primarily support the CEO and provide additional support to the executive team as needed to help achieve Spinjoy’s strategic goals and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain and refine processes that enable the executive team to work efficiently, coordinating internal and external resources to streamline workflows.
- Plan, prioritize, and orchestrate executive tasks to ensure that goals are achieved and the highest level of professionalism is upheld.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s professional and personal scheduling, including calendar management, emails, phone calls, and meeting preparation.
- Coordinate complex schedules and oversee the flow of information between senior executives and the broader team.
- Handle travel arrangements for the executive team, including booking accommodations, transportation, and meals.
- Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, creating spreadsheets, and handling confidential materials.
- Organize internal team communications and plan company events, meetings, and off-site gatherings.
- Collaborate with other departments to support projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving, with an eagerness to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in startup or fast-growing environments.
- Familiarity with managing budgets, expenses, and handling company travel logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Experience supporting a team and managing both in-office and remote operations.
