SUMMARY
Drives Salvation Army vehicle to pick-up and transport beneficiaries and] or employees from-and to specified destinations and/or deliver packages, inter-office mail, etc. as requested by supervision,
ESSENTIAL DUTIES /Responsibilities:
Transport beneficiaries to/from work therapy assignments-
- Transport Salvation Army personnel to/from official business-
- Responsible for the safety and security of assigned
- Responsible to promptly report to immediate supervisor ail accidents involving assigned personal injury or property damage
- Act as personal representative of The Salvation Army and ensure that all passengers are treated courteously.
- Immediately report any problems in pick-ups to immediate supervisor through the dispatcher
Wear provided back guard when doing any substantial lifting or moving.
Personally, maintain a neat appearance, including clean clothing, clean shaven, neatly trimmed hair, shirttail tucked in and appropriate head gear.
Responsible for loading and unloading of assigned vehicle when making deliveries.
