Responsibilities
- Provides numerical control, machining, and programming technical expertise to cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.
- Plans, creates, verifies, and revises machine control data and documentation that directs the operations for numerically controlled machines and robots required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies.
- Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, and software.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS & EDUCATION:
2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Ability to problem-solve and multi-task
PREFERRED SKILLS & EDUCATION:
- Bachelor of Science
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in Machining, primarily Mill type Machines
