Overview

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, store management, and sales, with excellent administrative and mathematical skills.
• Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory control- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions- Implement strategies to drive store sales and meet targets- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions- Oversee product merchandising and ensure visual standards are met- Manage store budget, expenses, and profitability- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock levelsSpirit Halloween was founded out of the observation of a trend on the verge of explosion. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8 hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
