The assistant manager's main responsibility is to assist the manager in daily operations. The assistant manager will help oversee employees and keep them focused and productive while the manager is not at the location. The assistant manager will also be able to assist the customers with any issues that may arise.
Assistant managers MUST HAVE the following qualities:

Responsibilities of an assistant manager:
-Provide excellent customer service to our loyal customers
-Gain and retain unlimited memberships
-Assist with maintenance, cleanliness of facilities, orders, etc.
-Report any issues to the manager on duty
-Inform our customers of the services we offer (and the discounts our members receive)
-Checking the quality of vehicles exiting the wash
-Handling customer complaints seriously and sincerely
