We are searching for someone who is excited and eager to enter into the Hospitality industry with our current team! Our Vacation Consultants are at the center of our Bel Air Owner Travel Circle. To be successful and thrive in this role, our Vacation Consultants must be guest service oriented, driven, organized, and have a fun positive attitude!
Job Duties
- Inform guests about the resort which may include: Resort Amenities, Fun Facts, Yearly Events, and activities around the resort
- Prequalify potential prospects for our Travel program
- Reach out to guests and others in our community in hopes to bring them to our resort
- Schedule appointments to meet with the potential prospects
- Host guest’s stay in efforts to build relationships throughout the sales process
- Build relationships with or guests during their stay
