What you get to do in this role:
Integrated within the Procurement and Strategic Sourcing organization, the Supplier Relationship Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of the framework/tools for measuring and monitoring supplier performance, supplier segmentation through assessing supplier/business risk, implementing due diligence guidelines, and overseeing the supplier business relationship in partnership with Category Manager’s and business stakeholders.
This position will report directly to the Head of Technology Products and Services Sourcing and the scope of the role is Global (~30 international markets).
The Supplier Relationship Manager will build a company-wide Supplier governance model from inception and will be responsible for:
- Implementing and managing a Supplier segmentation framework and strategy based on business/supplier risk tiering, intelligently designed to balance risk and value across all of our spend domains (Technology, Consulting, Professional Services, Contingent Workforce, Facilities, )
- Performing ongoing financial and contract compliance, and monitor performance against SLAs/KPI’s through designing and implementation of a supplier information portal/documentation
- Establishing a Contract Governance framework to enable our business partners to effectively perform operational reviews and collect appropriate artifacts for supplier QBR’s and/or EB’s
- Developing and executing QBR cadences with Suppliers where appropriate

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 8-10 years of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)/Vendor Management Office (VMO) design AND management experience
- Experience sourcing in technology and non-technology disciplines, with a focus on outsourced services (ITO, ADM, Cloud, Contingent Workforce)
- Very strong internal customer/stakeholder management and supplier communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required), MSc/MBA (desired)
