Salary: $35.00-$41.00 hourly, depending on years of experience. Bonuses may be offered as well based on performance and situations.

Registered Nurse Job Type: Part time (M,T,W) with benefits.

Schedule: 6:15 am to 6 pm. May be starting or ending shift earlier/later as worked hours vary based on the daily surgery schedule. NO HOURS ON WEEKENDS OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS AND NO CALL REQUIRED EITHER!

Our patient population is also unique as we serve all ages from 4 months to geriatric, as long as the patient is overall healthy to have their procedure done safely here in our outpatient setting. We also offer state of the art image guidance and nerve monitoring for some surgeries that other facilities do not have that capability.

Position Summary: Assists in the organization and daily function of the pre-op, and PACU in accordance with established federal, state and accreditation standards and facility policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education/Experience/Licenses/Certificates/Eligibility: Current Washington State RN license, ACLS, and BLS certification required. Two (2) years of clinical experience with an emphasis in OR, surgery or ER required. Knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Eligibility: All employees must be able to provide proof of their identity and their right to work in the United States.

Pre-op/PACU: The pre-op/PACU registered nurse role at SVASC requires someone who can be flexible with the daily schedule and tasks. The applicant will be working closely with a small team and cross train in all areas. Therefore, we ask that you have prior experience in a surgery center, ICU, Cardiac telemetry, or ER. A team player ability and attitude is of utmost importance for success in this role. They must also have excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, retainability of information, and critical thinking nurse skills.
