What you’ll be doing…
- Communicate with the Therapist to ensure accurate interpretation of a patient’s plan of care and instructions for the rehabilitative program.
- Report on patient’s status and progress, to include but not limited to, performing measurements, making clinical observations and gathering supplementary information provided by the patient.
- Consider individual patient treatment goals and activities based on the Therapist’s evaluation of patient data and demographics.
- Administer treatment to improve and maintain medically necessary and appropriate intervention evaluates its effects.
- Instruct, motivate, educate, and assists patients to perform various physical activities designed in the treatment plan.
- Communicate with the Therapist and provide direction to the physical therapy technician appropriately for assistance in completion of patient care.
- Maintain patient records in accordance with State and Federal guidelines, HIPAA compliance, and company policies.

- Graduate of CAPTA accredited physical therapy institution.
- Licensed in the state of Arizona.
- CPR certification.
