Sportradar is the leading global provider of sports betting and sports entertainment products and services. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter who is enthusiastic, strategic and forward thinking, and possess the drive to impact company sales at a high level to help grow the business in North America.

Our team is focused on building strong partnerships and relationships, and enhancing the Sportradar brand. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, and has a great sense of ownership and pride in what they contribute to the team.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Manage the delivery of existing contractual obligations and day-to-day relationship with key client accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with other Sportradar team members to ensure alignment and integration of account management strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and execution.
  • Seek out, synthesize, and deliver relevant, targeted insights to clients that drive business impact and increase the value of Sportradar products and services.
  • Work closely with sales to document and transfer knowledge regarding the account to internal Sportradar team members involved in the new client onboarding process.
  • Work closely with the Product Team to provide client input on potential product features to improve products and deepen client relationships.
  • Proactively maintain broad-based domain knowledge of the key client segments and emerging markets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable account management or partnerships role.
  • Experience managing senior relationships at large, Fortune 500 companies, strategic accounts and emerging market players. Experience working with high-tech and emerging technology companies is a plus.
  • Experience identifying key decision makers and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven experience building relationships with and managing major enterprise accounts across sport, search/portals, brands, major media and high-tech market segments.
  • Ability to become deeply immersed in the high-tech and sports technology ecosystem. Prior experience and contacts are a plus.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% for client meetings and other business purposes.
  • Able to think analytically, navigate complex integration cycles, and create own account plans to maximize the impact of Sportradar products on our clients’ businesses.
  • Strong organizational, issue resolution, and decision-making skills are required.
  • Superior verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and professional discipline with excellent follow-through.
  • Polished PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a global, multilingual organization.
  • Knowledge of sports and technology.


Pay Range:
$80,000- $100,000
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Base pay is just one component of the Total Rewards that Sportradar provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
