We are looking for Payment Devices Representatives to join our tech support team.
As a Payment Devices Representative, you will be responsible for managing POS (Point of sale terminal) troubleshooting while providing excellent customer service.
We are looking for someone who is bilingual with tech support experience, preferably in a POS related, Internet, general troubleshooting or customer service related environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, process and resolve POS clarifications in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication.
- Focus on problem solving, on handling difficult and high-stress situations.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues to maintain fluid communication and encourage their retention.
- Work closely with internal and external partners
Requirements:
- Advanced English (C1)
- 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service environment
- Experience in banking, finance, payments, or related customer service industries
- Experience in customer retention roles
- Excellent customer relationship skills and a passion for achieving goals.
- Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy to quickly de-escalate tense situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external relationships.
- Ability to establish lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- It is valued to have completed university or technical studies.
