SUMMARY
Provide general maintenance services as necessary. Full-time position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by proper personnel.
- Proficient in painting preferred
- General maintenance repairs
- Knowledge of basic plumbing projects
- Window, screen repairs
- Preventative maintenance
- Troubleshooting Mechanical issues around campus
- Changing/converting light bulbs and/or fixtures
- Trouble shoot electrical issues
- Proficient in drywall maintenance
- Changing filters and belts as needed
- Building walkthrough and documentation of building temps and pressures
- On-call as scheduled monthly
- Ability to learn and apply what is needed to successfully maintain campus mechanicals.
- Assist with snow removal and other services as needed.
- Must be able to work quietly in professional environments
- Must be a team player and work well with others to resolve campus wide issues
REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as a member of business affairs reporting directly to the Director of Physical Plant. Other duties as assigned by proper personnel.
