- Hourly pay rate in addition to production bonuses for meeting goals. General responsibilities include providing lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers including:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Fertilization
- Weed Control
- Aeration
- Seeding
- Communication with customers regarding lawn care services
- Completion of daily route assignments
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must possess valid WI Drivers’ License with clean driving record and background screen
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays when needed.
- Must enjoy working outdoors
- Must be able to lift 50 pound bags of fertilizer, load, unload, push, lift and guide rotary spreader with total weight of 80-100 pounds and maneuver 400-foot spray hose
- Ability to follow driving directions and familiarity with assigned service area a plus
- Must be able to read and recall regulations and procedures and pass state issued pesticide exam
