Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Spring Harbor at Green Island in Columbus, GA. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, including HR information systems, benefits administration, and training.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles
  • Experience in HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Proficiency in benefits administration
  • Experience in conducting training sessions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Salary : $18 - $19
