Responsibilities:
- Manages sales of residential living and assisted living on the Asbury Springhill campus.
- Leads a team that includes a sales counselor, move-in coordinator, and sales coordinator to achieve occupancy, move-in and revenue goals.
- Provides leadership and motivation to implement effective sales strategies.
- Delivers and participates in marketing and sales events.
- Delivers sales presentations to groups and on an individual basis.
- Works with Asbury corporate sales and marketing to develop an annual strategic sales and marketing plan.
- Works with leads and potential residents and interacts with current residents to increase sales of independent living.
- Maintains awareness of market trends regarding pricing, products, and service offerings.
- Achieves personal monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborates with community Executive Director and community department directors to support overall community sales success.
Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years’ direct sales and sales management experience in senior living space.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer package and the ability to learn Asbury’s database system (Welcome Home)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, gerontology, or a related field.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel and the public.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
- Must have very good organizational skills and ability to concurrently deal with many things.
- Must have excellent telephone skills.
- Must be team oriented and able to be self-directed.
- Must be able to work weekends/evenings as needed.
- Willingness to utilize personal phone for business.

Salary : $46,600 - $59,000
