SpringPath Mental Health Division has provided psychiatric rehabilitation and person-centered care to adults whose lives are impacted by mental illness for over 30 years. The cornerstone of our work at SpringPath Mental Health is the relationship with our person's served. Our agency is founded on the core principles and values of hope, partnership, choice, and recovery. We value professional growth and development, with the benefit of providing an extensive training and supervision package, including supervision needed for licensure and certifications.
My favorite part of my job is getting to be a part of our client’s journey and life changes. It is incredible to see how they are at intake and then their beautiful transformation as they take their next steps to discharge. While the clients are with us, I feel so honored to be able to support them through their struggles. I love making a difference in their lives, no matter how big or small. I love how they think we/I change their life, if they only knew how much they have changed mine. I’m grateful to be here at COF with all of them.
