We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our team! If you are interested in using and developing your sales skills, we would love to meet you! The Inside Sales Consultant is responsible for regular communication with and closing existing leads after the initial sales appointment has been completed by the Outside Sales Consultants.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up on all inquiries and leads in a timely manner.
- Act as primary point-of-contact for prospective customers.
- Receive, discuss and/or verify order information with customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Report customer complaints or issues in need of attention and take proactive steps to resolve them.
- Negotiate with clients when authorized to do so.
- Participate in regular sales meetings with your supervisor and sales team.
- Assist in business development and prospecting efforts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a trade or home improvement industry
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, particularly over the phone and through email. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM software.
