Location : Remote, but must be able to work Pacific Coast Time Zone hours

Role Description:
** Should have healthcare field experience
- Full-time (cannot have any other assignements)
- Serve as tech enablement lead; managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture & capabilities; guide tech solutions to optimize journey/channel orchestration, improve delivery and results
- SFMC certification/architect; experienced across functionality (email, automation, journey builder, contact builder, mobile, etc.) with digital marketing/CRM experience
- Lead and support tech enablement strategy & optimizing operational setup, solution architecture, configurations/integrations, to advance capabilities, performance, and ROI
- Assess journeys; what’s enabled, how, and identify ways to improve/meet goals
- Expand capabilities/experience: leveraging platform capabilities to drive personalization, profiling/segments, omnichannel journeys, alignment to preferences, automation, data use
- Technical guidance: partner to find solutions to continually improve engagement, campaign response
- Data decisioning – how is data gathered, leveraged; collaborate on assmt w/ SME
- Support buildout for Mobile Studio to ensure operational setup
