As the Director of Outpatient, you will be a member of the leadership team for Changes, our offsite partial hospitalization location. Our team drives a “Clinical First” attitude to help fulfill our mission of “Changing People’s Lives®”. As a Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical treatment programs of patients receiving treatment in our Partial Hospitalization Programs.

Position Details
- Provide oversight and lead all clinical staff.
- Supervise individual and group counseling, implement treatment modalities/process
- Assure high quality clinical care is provided to ensure clinical functions are integrated
- Responsible for ensuring the clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or is qualified by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
- State Licensure - Current unencumbered clinical social work or counseling license
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
Experience:
- Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
- Inpatient healthcare experience.
- Prior management experience.
