What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relations Analyst position at SPS?
The Client Relations Analyst II is a liaison between the client and the company and is responsible for mining, analyzing, interpreting and communicating data from the company's data warehouse and various other systems to the client. The individual in the role will create, maintain, and automate client and internal reports using Excel, Visual Basic, and SQL. This individual will work closely with the Client Relations Coordinator and Client Relations Analyst I(s) in providing technical support with automated reports and SQL queries as well as assisting in loan level research in order to respond to client and seller inquiries. Additionally, the individual in this position will also work closely with other departments in order to provide accurate and timely information to clients (internal and external).
Principal Duties:
1. Provide weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting to the client
2. Create and schedule new reports as requested using Excel, Visual Basic, and SQL.
3. Automate any new/existing reports using Excel, Visual Basic, and SQL to reduce time needed to maintain and distribute.
4. Work with clients to determine reporting requirements and update regularly scheduled client reports as needed to better suit the client's needs.
