New Customer Sales Associate
Job Posting for New Customer Sales Associate at Spur Environmental Services
- Understands and can build strong relationships with the Oil and Gas customers and Industrial Companies requiring Environmental Services to include Emergency Response, Waste Stream management, Remediation, Decontamination and Industrial services.
- Responsible for supporting all aspects of the business development lifecycle, including through project execution as needed: Lead generation and the acquisition of MSA's with clients.
- Will be responsible for generating interest and acquisition of MSA's for Spur Environmental Services
- Builds market position by locating, defining and closing business relationships. Also, discovers and explores new business opportunities in any other potential market sectors that support Spurs core values and business objectives.
- Aggressive cold calling and research in the effort to generate MSA's for Spur Environmental Services
- Have the ability, willingness, and determination to make and have productive cold calls and meet with site managers and key decision makers across the WTX and SE New Mexico region, refineries, engineering companies, Oil & Gas facilities and service companies/Industrial entities throughout Texas and New Mexico,
- Consistently developing negotiating strategies and positions by qualifying, listening and reading customers’ needs and goals.

Requirements
- Minimal sales experience. Looking for recent college graduate or career change candidate and/or inside sales with some experience in the Oil & Gas and Industrial business sectors.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Will train the right candidate.
- Requires frequent travel in excess of 50%
