ASSOCIATE NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – LOWE’S

Position Overview:
Increase sales and maximize our service levels to Lowe’s and support Spyder’s account leadership in achieving its short-term and long-term account goals.

Essential Job Functions:

· Work with the EVP, and other members of the Lowe’s team to maximize service levels.

· Be responsible for assigned aspects of account management including assisting with the creation of proposals, programs, and PLR presentations.

· Make relationships with the Lowe’s Merchant and team to proactively respond to Lowe’s needs, identify new opportunities, resolve current issues and participate in PLRs – striving to enable account satisfaction through superior customer service, account management and data management.

· Be responsible for providing external intelligence and compiling competitive analysis (new product introductions, benchmarking, market share, SWOT analysis, pricing, etc).

· Perform ongoing collaboration with the Demand Planning team to align sales forecast with production planning and act as an additional resource to identify and report potential issues.

· Collaborate with the Supply Chain team and Marketing Team to ensure deadlines and directives are completed on-time and accurately; these elements are significant to Spyder’s report card from Lowe’s and if not done result is significant customer fines.

· Perform proactive preparation, and participation in all line reviews.

· Prepare new item proposals, documents, materials, and validate item setup information to support .com and merchandising initiatives.

Education, Skills and Experience Needed:

· BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

· 2-5 years relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing
