Squishable is looking for an experienced Store Manager for Full-Time work for our store at 40770 Winchester Rd, Temecula CA ! Role: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk)
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
- Holding a passion for our unique product and an ability to become an expert on the full range of Squishables that we offer
- Hiring, training, management and scheduling of in-store sales associates
- Opening and closing the market shop (at times on your own) and being responsible for the accurate handling of day-start/day-end cash
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of inventory levels and punctual restocking of merchandise on the floor
- Maintaining a high level of merchandise presentation
- Maintain enthusiasm and motivation in the shop and ensure a fun and memorable environment is created
- Assist in all types of POS transactions and enquiries
- Adhere to all company policies, practices and safety standards
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of prior retail management experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional or boutique environment
- Excellent commercial awareness and proven ability to meet sales targets
- Flexibility to work both evenings and weekends
- Ability to transport stock as may be required; lifting cartons up to 25 lbs.
- Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire.
