What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous chef position at Sr Team Motorsports?
The Hospitality Sous Chef position will work behind the scenes in supporting Scrappers Racing, a full time NHRA Drag Racing team.
In addition to hosting our guests and sponsors at race events, our Hospitality also operates as a growing catering company serving other Pro teams and their Sponsors at 21 National Events throughout the 2024 Race Season.
The position is perfect for a motivated entry level line cook. You will be responsible for preparing food to the Executive Chef’s exact specification and assisting with their daily tasks.
You will also be assisting the Hospitality team in setting up and tearing down of structures at each event, and the day to day operations of the hospitality program, both trackside and at the shop.
This is a full-time salaried position and is based at the team’s race shop in Brownsburg, IN. The position will require travel with the team for the full race season circuit.
