Job - Roles & Responsibilities
Must have:
Hands-on in CRM Implementation.
Hands on in minimum 4-6 3 rd party integrations
Hands on in minimum 1-2 upgrade projects
Estimating CRM implementations for at least 4-5 projects
Defining solution approach for minimum 3-5 projects CRM
Problem Solving and troubleshooting technical issues
Functional knowledge on CRM modules
Demonstration skills to explain the technical approach to customers and
team
Code Review, code quality and best practice implementation skills for team
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge on Outlook integration, Email router configuration, CRM on-
premises, administration skills in admin power platform
Knowledge on Power platform – Powerapps, Power automate, PVA
Documentation skills to write TDD, UTD, and process documents.
Nice to have:
Must have knowledge on competitor technologies and products.
Experience in involving in all modules of CRM (Sales, Marketing, CE & FS)
along with delivery.
Extensive working knowledge and project execution using DevOps.
Understanding of architectural patterns.
Experience LogicApps and other Azure services
Technical certifications in CRM
