W hat You Will Get To Do :
Managing HR data tracking and generating standard reports from HRIS database on a weekly basis, and coordinating weekly new hire reporting
Conductin g New Hire Orientation sessions
Completing employment confirmation and Visa letters, and directing requests to HR People Center for employment verification
Completing Covid-19 reporting and tracking process, and assisting with building safety protocols and Covid-19 vaccination verification
Ordering office supplies and employee gifts
Processing tuition and professional development program reimbursements, and employee referrals
Assisting in other areas which may include exit interviews, termination documents, and immigration documents
What You Will Bring :
Bachelor’s degree preferably in human resources, business, or related field; or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service experience responding to inquiries, interacting with employees on a daily basis, maintaining documents, and providing support.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task are essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of WorkDay , Ceridian Dayforce , or other HRIS applications is a plus
