Job Description
- We’re on the hunt for a Business Data Analyst with a proven track record in data analytics, utilizing financial and demand planning information. The ideal candidate will support our Order-to-Cash process and analyze customer behavior. Our team is goal-oriented, collaborative, and driven to achieve results. As a Business Data Analyst, you’ll ensure the successful execution of day-to-day customer experience and order-to-cash activities in line with market/customer needs and business objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for analytical matters related to our Wholesalers, Specialty Pharmacies, and Distributors.
- Provide insights, business intelligence, and management analytics for effective decision making.
- Support team activities and management requests through the delivery of information to support day-to-day customer experience and order-to-cash activities.
- Collaborate with various functional areas to drive actionable planning solutions and trade efficiencies.
- Develop insights and drive trade analytics reporting to provide efficient use of data resources.
- Prepare reports, analyze data variances and trends, and explain deviations in partnership with business owners.
- Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience.
- Experience in an analytics, forecasting, and/or strategy role; experience in healthcare, biotech, and/or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred.
- Proficient analytical and software skills aimed at data analysis.
- Ability to analyze/interpret large data sets from multiple sources such as SAP, vendor portals, and other platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred.
- Strong communication skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally and liaise across a complex set of stakeholders.
