The company specializes in the design, integration and installation of turn-key ISR systems for use in aircraft, marine boats and ground vehicles. This position's primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage assigned programs from inception to successful conclusion in accordance with the company's AS9100 quality program. As a key manager and face of the company, this position will maintain close contact with the customer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. New business and great recommendations from satisfied customers will be a key metric of success. This position will ensure program stakeholders are systematically aware of the program status, will identify issues and will take action to resolve problems. This position requires someone that is self-motivated, is a team player, has very good people skills, has good business sense and that routinely exercises good judgment. The successful candidate will be able to provide:
Rate of pay: $80K - $130K (depending on experience)
Program Manager Responsibilities:
• Expert technical and financial knowledge of the programs assigned
• Ability to personally perform required services, when needed
• Ensure work performed is within agreed-upon parameters and is delivered on schedule, in accordance with International Trade in Arms Regulation (ITAR)
• Prepare and actively manage project schedules and budgets
• Organize and lead status meetings with customer and stakeholders; follow up on action items
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Assist in developing winning integration proposals under tight time constraints
• Duties will require strong attention to detail and technical understanding of ISR systems
• Willing and able to work in challenging domestic and international locations

Program Manager Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred
• Eight years of experience managing schedules for complex programs preferred
• Working knowledge of computer networking (internet protocols-IP), radio, data and video transmission protocols, and data encoders
• FAA A&P License or US Military equivalent experience preferred
• ISR systems integration experience highly essential
• PMP Certification preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Project & Microsoft Office Suite
• US Passport and ability to travel internationally: especially Asia, Africa and Latin America
