What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1.0 RN (Registered Nurse) position at ST. AGNES?
We have the following RN/LPN positions available at the District Level:
1.0 – RN (Registered Nurse) - District Wide
To successfully perform this position, a person must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The RN is a 10-month position reporting directly to the Building Principal and under the direction of the certified school nurse and Supervisor of Pupil Services assists with the completion of mandated screening programs and implements School Health Services in accordance with the Pennsylvania School Code.
The qualification requirements listed below represent minimum levels of educational achievement, training, skill and/ or ability necessary.
- Licensed in PA as a registered nurse or a practical nurse; and CPR/AED certification
- Proficiency in the use of technology for individual communication, research and statistical reporting
- Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interface diplomatically with other teachers, administrators, parents, students, support staff and outside professional contacts
Salary: As per contract
