Registered Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Greensburg, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff
- Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Assist with hiring and training of new nursing staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
- Ability to work well under pressure
