JOB SUMMARY:
Provide recruitment services to the various programs by identifying staffing needs and recommending candidates for open positions; process new employees and maintain employees’ records and files.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

- Manage process, including communication and documentation for job offers, transfers, promotions and terminations.
- Be an ambassador for agency brand internally and online.
- Identify future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Serve as a liaison and agency representative with employment agencies, colleges and industry associations, including in-person representation and coordination for internal and external job fairs.
- Manage agency Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage employee terminations, including exit interviews and coordination of equipment retrieval.
- Provide training as needed to individuals and departments regarding appropriate interview questions and tools in selecting the most qualified candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of two years previous recruiting experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows and HR database System.
- Must be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel and prioritize competing deadlines.
- An understanding of or experience in private non-profit and governmental organizations is desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
