Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Admissions. As the Director of Admissions, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling students, ensuring the growth and success of our educational institution. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming referrals and inquiries.
Analyze referral information and collect required documents for admission consideration.
Work closely with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, and referral sources to secure necessary medical records and documentation.
Perform pre-admission assessments and screenings to determine the needs and eligibility of prospective residents.
Maintain clear and open communication with potential residents, their families, and healthcare providers, offering information about our services and responding to inquiries.
Work in partnership with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing care for new admissions.
Keep precise and updated records of admissions, discharges, and bed occupancy.
Adhere to all admission guidelines, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Offer ongoing support and guidance to residents and families during the admission process.
Engage in regular meetings, training sessions, and initiatives aimed at quality improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in admissions coordination is Mandatory.
Nursing experience is preferred
Knowledge of electronic health record systems, such as Allscripts and NAVI Health, is an advantage.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage priorities effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
A compassionate, customer-centric approach to service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
