JOB SUMMARY: Greet guests with a positive attitude and professional manner. Answer busy telephones, make reservations and promote the Hotel and Casino with positive etiquette.
QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous hotel front desk experience, preferred. Prior experience with extensive public contact and telephone techniques is also desired. Typing skills and computer literacy are recommended. Must have excellent communication and interaction skills.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be capable or standing a full eight (8) hour shift. Must possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, personable and friendly personality along with endurance for stress and pressure.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Perform all duties to assist guests with reservations, check-in and check-out and transportation to the Casino. Produce daily reports for arrivals and departures, verify registration cards and process payment procedures. Maintain all procedures and organize the daily journals in an efficient manner.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules.
