Program Summary

The East-African responsive Autism Day Treatment (ADT) program at St. David's Center's at our Minneapolis location is for children ages 2-5 years, who have a medical diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disorders.

The program uses a mental health approach and leverages an interdisciplinary team of child therapists including licensed mental health professionals, mental health practitioners, occupational therapists, and speech-language therapists.

Position Overview

The Program Supervisor will provide clinical & administrative supervision to Mental Health Practitioners, Paraprofessionals, Interns, under the supervision of the Senior Director that results in excellent services, maintained or improved client outcomes, and achievement of targeted caseload enrollments.

The Program Supervisor will provide clinical and case management oversight to ensure that clinical documentation is completed, and the program operates in compliance with governing statutes and contract requirements.

The Program Supervisor will provide leadership and on-going development of the Autism Day Treatment Program, including meeting client and family needs, evidence-based practice, and outcome tracking.

Schedule:

35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Compensation:

The pay range for these positions starts at $80,902 - $89,418 for 40 hours annually, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). ***This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek annually (any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately/accordingly). Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution.  Additionally, we offer generous PTO, paid holiday schedule, CEU funds, childcare discount, and eligibility for loan forgiveness.  ***This position is includes a $3,000 sign on bonus. ($500 at hire, $1,000 after 6 months, $1,500 at a year) ***For external applicants only.

Job Qualifications

Education/Licensure:

  • Minimum of a master's degree in social work is required.
  • LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure through the State of Minnesota's licensing board governing their practice is required. Must be eligible for credentialing with insurance entities.
  • Board approved supervisor status

Knowledge/Experience:

  • 2 years post-master's experience required, with supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Understanding of mental health diagnoses with children and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) with expertise in the area of autism spectrum disorders; child development; understanding of family systems; understanding of needs of families with children with mental health needs; understanding of the impact of culture, sexual orientation, spiritual beliefs, and economic status on a child, family, and perception of mental health issues.

All new employees will be required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated (not to include booster doses at this time) or have an approved exemption before their start date.

Salary : $80,902 - $89,418
