Provide full-cycle recruitment along with skilled support for the Human Resources team. Build strong relationships throughout the company, multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be highly organized. Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
Job Duties:
Recruitment:
- Complete all aspects of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, résumé review, applicant processing, screening, interviewing, facilitating offers, and providing a positive customer experience.
- Generate candidate flow through various methods including referrals, social media, college recruiting, networking and internet job boards
- Post and maintain consistent presence on various job boards, social media, and college/university career centers.
- Participate in campus recruiting events, such as career fairs, mock interviews and/or classroom presentations.
- Assists in the coordination of compensation activities such facilitating salary calculations and job reclassification by consulting with compensation and management in the analysis of job responsibilities, job audits, job descriptions and preparing personnel requisitions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the operation and organization and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for satisfactory performance of all assigned areas of responsibility. Ensures efficient job application processing and hiring of qualified job candidates for the Health System.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Credentials, Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
Specialized Knowledge: Familiar with general operations of Human Resources including legal, Federal and state laws & regulations. Computer literate in an email application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Operating System.
Kind and Length of Experience: Two years of experience as a recruiter in HR or equivalent experience in other roles will be considered. Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
Preffered Qualifications:
PeopleSoft or other HRIS system. Sourcing experience. Financial knowledge including variance, FTE and productivity.
