When not on home visits or attending meetings, our Service Coordinators are currently working from home!
St. Francis Children's Center has an excellent opportunity for a full-time, fully Bilingual Service Coordinator (Spanish/English) in our Children's Long Term Support Waiver Program.
This position requires regular visits to the homes of children with special needs; the development and monitoring of each child's Individual Service Plan; and assisting families through coordination of community services.
Qualified candidates will possess a BS degree in Social Work or a related field; have at least 1 year of experience working with clients with special needs; and read, write and speak Spanish fluently. Prior case management experience strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional communication skills; have the ability to work a flexible schedule (some evening work may be required); and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Must use your own reliable, insured transportation for home visits and offsite meetings.
