Job Duties
Under the general supervision of the Director of Development, the Development Coordinator is responsible for support work that would include office clerical duties, maintaining both electronic and hard copy records, helping with research and data entry, being a point of contact for residents and other donors, setting up appointments and coordinating meetings for the Director.
Assists the Director with building positive relationships with residents and donors to promote the purpose and mission of the St. James Place Foundation. This position ensures that materials are kept in order, and will perform other duties assigned by the Director according to the policies, procedures, and mission of St. James Place.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment while utilizing proper body mechanics.
