Responsibilities
SUMMARY - Under the direction of the Manager-Nursing Services, coordinates and supervises patient care employees; directs functioning of assigned units; acts as liaison with physicians, patients, families, and staff. Responsible for daily operational activities of assigned unit(s) including evaluations, staff cost containment initiatives, daily productivity, regulatory compliance, patient safety and satisfaction and quality.
Qualifications
MINIMUM
Associates Degree in Nursing Program required.
3 years RN experience in related specialty required.
AZ RN license
American Heart Association BLS certification or resuscitation level certificate as appropriate to assigned department required.
PREFERRED
BSN preferred.
