Overview
St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Supervisor Provider Enrollment to join our Central Verification Office team.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the day-to-day activities of the provider relations function. Areas of responsibility include some or all of the following: health care provider network development, contracting, credentialing, provider relations and provider services.
- Ensure integrity and provide general administrative support to system providers.
- Ensure that all individuals within the health system are appropriately enrolled as needed for payer contracting and correct payment.
- Coordinate and oversee the automation of the payer enrollment process and continually monitor accuracy of data and system.
- Process enrollment applications for credentialing and recredentialing of physician members and allied health providers in accordance with the payer credentialing contracts, and/or secure delegated credentialing contracts where appropriate.
- Train, coach, mentor, supervise and assess performance of staff.
- Develop and maintain process standards and forms for payer enrollment activities.
- Perform quality audits, monitor revenue cycle adjustments, billing holds and workload activity.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Experience: 4 years’ relevant experience
