- JOB SUMMARYThe Director-Pharmacy provides effective leadership of staff to foster a professional and productive work environment and a sustained safe and efficient operation of existing pharmacy programs/services along with the identification and development of new initiatives and innovative ideas that are appropriate for St. Luke's. Plans, organizes and directs St. Luke's retail, regional and hospital pharmacy services in compliance with all accreditation, certification and federal/state regulatory requirements. Works collaboratively with others in the St. Luke's community to achieve objectives.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Doctorate of Pharmacy.Experience: At least three (3) years experience managing a hospital pharmacy.Licensure/Certification/Registration: Minnesota license to practice Pharmacy.

Ability to develop and follow a budget. Ability to provide positive leadership and ability to delegate appropriately.
