The Marketing Director is responsible for branding, marketing, public relations, and communications to promote St. Mary’s Villa Campus’ services to the community. Facilitate admissions through marketing and client services strategies.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in healthcare and/or marketing.
Job Knowledge:
Experienced professional with strong communication/organizational skills and clinical knowledge. Knowledge of long term care industry.
Physical Demands:
Good physical and mental health.
Special Demands:
Must be able to communicate with diplomacy and tact. Must possess a genuine interest in geriatric care, as well as the ability to work with subordinates, residents, families and visitors—recognizing and understanding their problems and the ability to tactfully assist in the resolutions. Must possess alertness and skill in recognizing problems and potential problem areas. Must have the desire to participate in civic affairs. Must possess leadership ability and the ability to work with all types of individuals. Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times, hostile people within the facility. Must realize the importance of strict confidentiality concerning resident information.
Working Conditions:
Long term care environment, contact with residents and family members. Position is administrative and requires knowledge of computer and PC-based applications. Must be comfortable working with computer and sitting for greater part of the day.
