W hat you will do :
Skillfully interview prospects or their representatives to ascertain what their memory care needs and requirements are and communicate how Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center can meet these needs in our community
- Organize and coordinate memory care assessments, admissions and move-in process
- Outreach to professional referral sources, health care professionals, community and individuals to educate and market the benefits offered in our memory care senior living community
What you will need:
- Requires strong organizational skills, a professional presentation, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and/or sales and marketing
- Some experience working with seniors is required
- An undergraduate degree from four-year accredited college or university is preferred
